Monster Cable Products- the leading manufacturer of high-performance cable and power for home theater, car, and Apple iPods-recently announced the launch of their new subsidiary set to raise the caliber on the way listeners hear music. The Monster Music Division will provide real music lovers the chance to experience their favorite songs with a surreal sense of quality through the "monstrous" innovation known as Monster Music SuperDiscs.
Fully compatible with CD, DVD, iPOD devices, Monster Music SuperDiscs offers advanced features to enhance the consumers listening experience. The limited edition Monster Music SuperDiscs are carefully mixed and mastered to bring out all the clarity, detail, and excitement of the original performance.
Most SuperDisc packages will include 2 high performance discs. One disc will feature a Stereo mix that plays on any CD player. The other plays in any DVD player format features High Definition Surround Sound in Dolby Digital and DTS 96/24, as well as, High Definition Stereo that sounds exactly the same as the studio master file. In addition, some discs feature multiple mixes that allow listeners with a home theater system to select their own Surround Experience. Listeners will be able to choose to be in the audience of a live concert or on stage right in the middle of the band.
For consumers who listen to music through their computer and portable music players, SuperDiscs include High Definition Digital Music files encoded directly from the master recordings. These files are ready to drag and drop into any music program including iTunes and Apple iPod. A special incentive for Apple iPod listeners are the Dolby Headphones encoded music files that will give the iPod a surround sound music experience through any pair of headphones. Monster Music SuperDiscs are also the first music releases to be certified by THX for high quality sound and picture, multiple surround experiences, and digital music file quality.
One of the first to be released is a SuperDisc of Ray Charles - Genius Loves Company, winner of 8 Grammy Awards including Album of the Year and Best Surround Sound Album. For Rock, Universal is releasing the latest live DVD of its top group, 3 Doors Down, exclusively through Monster Music. Other titles in the first group of releases include: Vince Guaraldis Original Soundtrack Recording for A Charlie Brown Christmas; David Benoits brainchild -- a 40th Anniversary Salute to A Charlie Brown Christmas featuring guest artists new interpretations of the classic tracks; a powerful live set by jazz great Peter Cincotti complete with a concert video performance.
Monster Music SuperDiscs will cover all popular genres. However, unlike a music label that signs artists, Monster Music is mainly working with other labels to release SuperDisc versions of their top artists and top releases, often at the same time as the labels regular CD release. The Monster Music SuperDiscs offer listeners a unique opportunity to have a high quality experience of their music and who their favorite artists truly are.
With all the features, the Monster Music SuperDiscs are priced slightly higher at $ 24.99 whereas regular CDs typically range from $ 12.99-$ 18.99 depending on the artist and specific release. However, the Monster Music SuperDiscs are guaranteed to change the way music is heard, and the synergy with one of the leading producer of electronic goods ensures that these high quality CD's will guarantee listeners "monstrous" results at a reasonable price point. Monster Cable Products, Inc. was founded in 1979 by Noel Lee, then a laser-fusion design engineer at Lawrence-Livermore Laboratory as well as an audiophile and professional drummer. Lee discovered that, when hooked up to loudspeakers, wires of different constructions produced varying degrees of audio performance. From this discovery, he developed a high performance speaker cable -- naming it Monster Cable -- and literally created an industry. The invention of Monster Cable created a new product category that revolutionized the audio market. Prior to Monster Cable, most stereo systems were wired with ordinary "zip-cord," the same cable used for electrical household and lamp wire.
Lee chose the name "Monster" because it sounded strong and powerful. It became an immediate hit with consumers. In fact, the name Monster Cable is so synonymous with high quality and high performance; customers often assume that any cable they purchase in reputable stores will be Monster, even though there are other cable brands. Monster is now the world's leading manufacturer of high performance cables that connect audio/video components for home, car and professional use as well as computers and computer games. Monster Cable is an indispensable component for music lovers, audiophiles, recording studios, sound professionals, musicians, custom-installers and home theatre enthusiasts. Monster's audio cables increase the clarity, dynamics and power of the audio signals that travel through them. Monster video cables deliver the sharpest, clearest picture possible with naturally vivid color from traditional and digital television, projectors, home theatre and satellite systems. Monster Game products let enthusiasts enjoy the ultimate gaming experience by maximizing sound and video quality of a gaming system. Monster Power, a division of Monster Cable, delivers cleaner AC power to A/V components and computer products and high joule surge protection for maximum performance. Monster offers over 4000 products and is sold in over 80 countries worldwide.

Yamaha Expands Premium Sound Bar Lineup, Adding Uncompressed Streaming Audio, Ability to Use Existing TV & Cable Box Remotes
Buena Park, CA (PRWEB) August 31, 2012
Yamaha Corporation of America, AV Division, today introduced the YSP-4300 and YSP-3300 Digital Sound Projectors, the latest additions to its award-winning Premium Front Surround Systems that connect directly to TVs to deliver high-quality 7.1-channel audio. These elegant models incorporate the companys proprietary YSP front surround sound technology with powerful 130W wireless active subwoofers that transform any TV room into a true home theater. The YSP-4300, which adds a front panel USB port for audio playback from a variety of devices, as well as an FM tuner, is an all-in-one home entertainment hub. The YSP-4300 will be available in December for an MSRP of $ 1,899.95 and the YSP-3300 will be available in November for an MSRP of $ 1599.95.
While most sound bars offer a virtual surround experience, Yamahas Digital Sound Projectors use YSP technology to create sound beams that are bounced off walls to deliver side and rear audio content. In addition to providing true surround, with a more enveloping listening experience, this same technology enables a unique feature called Target Mode, in which sound is aimed at a specific listening position. Target Mode enables numerous use case scenarios, from enjoying TV programs at night without disturbing others, to creating a focused listening area in noisy environments. The versatile, low-profile design of YSP-4300 and YSP-3300 enable them to conveniently fit in front of a TV, eliminating the need for additional speakers, cabling and stands that can clutter home entertainment spaces. The sound bar components of each system measure just over three-inches in height, and have adjustable feet that enable use with virtually any flat-screen video display without blocking the picture. Both models also feature built-in IR repeaters so that TVs can communicate with their remote controls even if the sound bar components cover the TVs remote sensor.
The included wireless subwoofers can be positioned either vertically or horizontally, giving users an unobtrusive, space-efficient environment. Each model incorporates Yamahas improved yAired technology for a higher performing wireless connection between the sound bar and subwoofer.
Customers love our YSP-2200 two-piece front surround system. They appreciate the great surround sound reproduction and the sound bar components compact size and style, said Tom Sumner, senior vice-president, Yamaha Corporation of America. Now we are expanding the line along the same concept and adding sound and convenience enhancements, such as additional drivers and improved powered wireless subwoofers, to make them even better suited for the serious home theater enthusiast.
The YSP-4300 creates an immersive multi-channel surround sound experience for listeners by reflecting the detailed 7.1 sound beams off the walls around them via 22 individual speaker drivers each with its own digital amplifier. Two additional woofers placed in the center unit improve stereo audio and dialog clarity, while the components larger cabinet provides an excellent sound blend with the wireless subwoofer. With 324 Watts of power, the YSP-4300 is fully loaded and capable of delivering an extraordinary surround sound experience for any room.
The YSP-3300 creates a similar listening environment via 16 speaker beam drivers and 2 woofers, each powered by individual digital amplifiers. This model produces a total of 262 Watts of power, including the wireless subwoofer.
The YSP-4300 and YSP-3300 decode HD Audio signals (Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD) and feature 10 CINEMA DSP programs for movies, music and gaming. Yamahas proprietary Compressed Music Enhancer improves the sound of compressed sources such as MP3 files.
HDMI connectivity (4 in/1 out; 4K2K/3D /CEC / ARC) enables the full enjoyment of 1080p monitors, 3D sources and Blu-ray disc players and HDTV set top boxes.
Yamaha has also improved its exclusive IntelliBeam Automated System Calibration, which makes it easier than ever to set up these systems for optimized sound performance in any room.
Both models work with the optional Yamaha YIT-W12 yAired transmitter that is designed to wirelessly stream music from Apple iPods, iPhones and PCs. It supports uncompressed linear PCM for high-quality audio. The YIT-W12 will be available in November for an MSRP of $ 59.95.

The famous "b" logo on the right ear cup acts as a mute button if you want to hear something without taking the headphones off-just hold it down to silence music and disable noise cancellation. The Beats' true asset, however, is its audio performance. The headphones offer intense low end. We placed them through deep-bass boot camp, and they passed with flying colors with thumping drum machines and resonant synch done justice. More bass doesn't mean a better pair of headphones, but for those who crave an extra helping of low-end, Beatsofdre.net will serve it up gracefully.

ZEROCAP ultra low capacitance guitar cable technology has brought discerning guitarists new vistas in tonal clarity. The United States Patent and Trademark Office has just awarded two more patents on ZEROCAP technology, for a total of three patents.
These patents enhance the protection of our ZEROCAP technology. We are proud of this achievement and what it means to guitar players who are looking for the utmost in tonal integrity, said Hank Wallace, inventor of the ZEROCAP cable and President of Atlantic Quality Design, Inc.
The patents also cover features of the ZEROCAP VC system, which for the first time in the known universe makes guitar cable capacitance variable. The guitarist can dial in the amount of cable capacitance to create the tone he/she wants to hear. This provides a palette of tones previously unavailable using standard technology cables and tone controls.
For a limited time, the company is having a patent party, reducing prices on several products to show appreciation to its customers.
See the web site, http://www.aqdi.com/mpproducts.htm, for contact information and to hear sound clips of the ZEROCAP products and competitive cables.
