Q: Mrs. Hofmeister, what is so different in your methodology of Personal Growth?

A: It is the practical step by step approach my clients take and of course the personal attention they get from me. Usually you buy a self development book or program and, if you are committed, you go through it but only in very rare cases will you actually do all the exercise. The same as in physical exercise that does not bring any results. It is not enough to think about it, we actually have to do something, otherwise we will never break out of old habits and thought patterns.

Q: That makes sense but you work online so how can you take your clients by the hand, as you call it?"

A: Barbara smiles: "I work with small groups in Virtual Conference Rooms. The bonding there is incredible because you share the emotions but can't actually see the person. People open up much faster than they would in a face-to-face group session and they can participate from the comfort of their homes.

Q: What type of material do you work with?

A: Over the years I wrote several manuals that I used successfully in my seminars but I noticed that most people do not continue with their education once they have left. That is why each participant gets the workbook chapter by chapter, in small digestible chunks, which we discuss at each conference. That way they stay motivated and keep moving in the right direction.

Q: Why did you chose to work online?
